I needed a laptop because being stuck at a desk to do anything that requires a computer sucked because most of the time I don't really need my all-powerful workstation, but I had no other option and getting a new laptop was out of the question. Never underestimate the power of old stuff.🫶

I recently installed Linux Mint on a decade old Macbook I thought was a goner and Mint made it work like new. The people who said it was great for old hardware weren't kidding! It really does live up to that hype! Now I'm looking at upgrading the SSD and RAM, and then replacing the battery.

Linux distros can be frustrating to no end because of the compatibility issues for my needs, but thankfully dual-booting is an option for me and I don't mind tearing my hair out trying to troubleshoot things. 😂

Ever since I finally switched to Linux as my "daily driver" last year, I've had a renewed love for technology. Thanks AI garbage being shoved down my throat at every turn, I kind of fell out of love with tech despite it being something I loved since I was a little goo goo gaga.

And I was reading that and I said, "Do you mind if I just, like, play with these words a little bit and just change them around?" because, you know, I never say "no" and I never say anything negative as Mario... and the producer graciously said "Sure, go for it!"
And so it became "Oh, that was good, but I know you can do even better!" "Oh, nice one but let's try again!" so it was always uplifting and always trying to be positive. And I think that that is the essence of the character to me - it's that love and that joy.

I see a lot of people compare PriOrche to Precure, but I don't see the similarity beyond "magical girls fight MOTW". PriOrche is much closer to Pretty Series than it is to Precure, especially in writing. It's like if you threw Symphogear and PriPara s2 into a blender and got all the good of both.
