i don’t have the answer, all i know is it hurt me too much and my loved ones asked that i stopped, and in my case, as painful as letting it go was, they were right so now if i want to be on here, i need to be conscious of how im spending my mental energy (which is not easy)

people weren’t logic’d into this position, and imo they won’t be logic’d out of it, and they’re not here to perform an exercise in empathy - i think many that hold rancid views are able to grow and change, but i am skeptical that there’s any utility in trying to make that happen via argument here
