As a newcomer to Halo all I can say is: this is an absolute banger of a game. I had no idea it was a Bungie IP, so when I heard “They’re Everywhere!” while playing I did a double take, laughed, and realized THAT is why I’m having so much fun here. It has the Marathon (90s) magic sauce. I love this.

When I say I cheered AND got chills when this happened 👀 🙌🏻 I cannot believe what Supermassive did with Directive 8020 and how the threads of the anthology are now coming together. These are NOT stand alone games anymore. Yes, there’s too much stealth, but this is an amazing entry in the series. 😍

My Baldur’s Date with @crystaldsmith.bsky.social was a blast last night. What’s great birthday present. 🥰 We met the BOOOAL cult. Stormed the Grymforge. Killed some nasty big thing. And forged some armor. So pretty successful. Well, other than that crazy goblin that blew herself up. Oops. 😅 FAIL.

Thank god for @crystaldsmith.bsky.social helping me understand and build my Baldur’s Gate 3 game, I’m finally playing again. I stopped at launch bc I had ZERO clue what to do and was not having fun. It’s been much more enjoyable. But…this game gets WILD. I mean, WHAT? Erwin is a crazyfreak. 🤣

I met a new friend at the campground. A *beautiful* labradoodle girl. The owners said “she’s skittish and not very friendly” but she curled right up with me and gave me kisses. They were just 👀. She used to be a PTSD support dog; maybe she just wanted to help me? Dogs are so special 💙 I love them. 🥰
