I really hope people think long and hard about Newsome when he likely runs in 2028. Sure, he has a clever social media team, but he pushed through this deal, he's against the billionaire's tax ballot initiative in CA, and there's a host of other issues.

I've been teaching Frankenstein and some of its various film adaptations in my Horror Literature and Film class for nearly 10 years. It's the one novel that I keep on the syllabus, and I'll tell you, the context of that text and student discussion surrounding it has really changed in the age of AI.
