Never tried their sports bras for myself that’s why I went ahead and added shefit, but I’m glad I could help I fully understand the struggle of finding good bolder holders. I’ve been looking for other options to recently and found a couple decent options but wouldn’t call them med or high support

I’m the same size so my recommendation for a regular bra company is lanebryant.com They have also have an app. As for sports bras I found a company called shefit.com, very high impact as I used to be a runner and they barely moved
