Blitzø shutting himself in a laundry closet to catch a bit of sleep standing as a horse. While Stolas would sneak that hour of sleep at the empty morgue's bed. Power naps helps (Based on real stuff that my parents did, both medics, but the logistics of the hospitals and clinics here vary a lot)

I can see Blitz having a main medium but jumping through different other types too (I'm too biased to choose objectively but I'm gonna say sculpting as his main). Stolas I think he would find one he likes and feels comfortable in and comit to that medium, a traditional one like charcoal or oil paint
