Well $275 later my dog is...fine. everything came back negative, she also is over her diarrhea. They probably suspect stress induced, ended up getting her updated shots, heartworm/tick/flea meds and they trimmed her nails.

This HOA costs me $250 a YEAR they don't even supply me with anything lol. I told them that asking for $6-$10k of work is a ridiculous ask and that it wouldn't be done for years lol. If they want to get legal that fine, HOAs are very close to being considered banned in this state.

Nothing like getting hit with a letter from my HOA. They want my house repainted, all trees trimmed, and fence gates updated. Already shelled out $1000 for just the tree trimming. $1500 to replace the fence gates and around $4000 for house repainting. Fun.

2 and a half hour interview. I fucking KILLED it. The IT L Director was impressed I knew more engineering than I let on, they actually want to have me do a more heavy engineering role, more money! I may have an offer as early as Tuesday!

Yeah, while mine is a bit darker themed I do heavily value engaging dialogue, deep lore and character development. It isn't 'dark' for the sake of being dark. I also include light-hearted scenes and fantasy based elements too. I like a good balance
