Don't get me wrong, during the ride my sweetheart was like, "Are you okay? You don't have to lie!" and I was like, "I'm not happy to be wet, but I'm happy to be with you (exhausted affect)" ... But now that I'm inside and drying a bit, I feel powerful and elated. It's good for me.

Tried to buy weed in Netherlands and accidentally bought pre-rolls with weed AND tobacco in it. I didn't know so I kept trying to smoke it and getting dizzy immediately, going "what the fuck is in this??" and yeah 😭 I gotta try to exchange these today... Apparently this is common in Europe

Grounding techniques that get you back into your senses and present can help, I try to have scented oils or sour candies with me to soothe myself privately if I'm anxious somewhere out. (Though for me when I couldn't function bc of anxiety, the breakthrough was starting Lexapro tbh)
