The picture it paints of Roskilde University can best be described as disturbing. Academic staff Danish newspaper Politiken talked to wished to remain anonymous, and communicated over Signal as they are afraid of being wiretapped. They were worried they would be fired for illoyalty.

Selv etter månedsvis med lesing, dataarbeid og empiriske analyser er det først gjennom skriveprosessen jeg egentlig forstår hva artikler jeg jobber med handler om. Gjerne et sted rundt tredje utkast. Det virker tvilsomt at veien til selvforbedrelse går gjennom å hoppe bukk over hele prosessen.

The Court of Appeal made this reference after an earlier decision had been overturned by the Supreme Court, and the court was asked to re-evaluate. It remains to be seen whether the referral sets a precedence, or will remain an outlier in a judiciary with a strong preference for national solutions.
