#photo #nature #photography #rain #place #nostalgia
Rain rests on a sheet of glass, the background distorts from lose of focus, and the colors drift together in sepia tones. There are no distinguishable entities in the image but it leaves a sense of nostalgic place. You were here once, or will be. In either case, you find yourself content to exist here forever.

At the top is the text "Still better than AI". The image is of a pear twerking, hastily drawn by hand using a pointer finger and a smartphone.

sunshine, blue sky, leaves, and a blank page. Writing, writing, writing. #authorlife #indieauthor #fantasy #writing #novel #nature #booksky #writingcommunity
Backdropped by a deep blue sky is a branch filled with green leaves, reaching from the top of the picture to the bottom.

Here it is. What do you think?
The image shows two posts on Bluesky by "Breeze Wanderfae". The text in both reads:

That's a generalization. I'd be willing to have a conversation but *everyone*, on both sides, always assumes a person isn't willing so always starts the conversation unproductively. And the internet makes that even more difficult with it's anonymity.

I understand I "started it" but a meme isn't a constructive dialogue. If someone judges my entire character on a single meme, that's even more of a generalization.

Would you be willing to have a conversation without pointing fingers and logic fallacies?

#Poem Living by Breeze Wanderfae #poetry #poemaday #amwriting #don'tforgettolive I should probably be watermarking these or putting my name on them, huh?
A black, left-aligned serif font on a white background reads:

as you love, learn loving fiercely.
as you hope, learn hoping wildly.
as you hurt, learn hurting deeply.
as you laugh, learn laughing completely.
as you dream, learn dreaming madly.
as you mourn, learn mourning greatly.
as you feel, learn feeling profoundly.
as you live,
         — don't forget to live.

#Poem Significance by Breeze Wanderfae ✨️ #poetry #poemaday #amwriting #community
On a white background is the following text in a black serif font that is left-aligned:

A couple smiles at one another
hand in hand under an sycamore tree.

A young woman chooses a sepia filter
to bring out the color of her eyes.

The setting sun lights the ground on fire
and paints strokes across the countryside.

A rose changes hands between lovers
sitting across the table sharing a plate.

An elm sits atop a forgotten hill,
a treehouse snug in its arms.

A farm past a fence has one light
glowing over a still warm oven.

An old lover sits alone on a quiet bench
and watches the petals of a daisy dance.

A seagull eats the crumbs of the day
and the summer sun smells like
fried dough and sunscreen,
drying sand and seafoam.

And a tiny stone pebble
continues to float through space.

#Peom Lavendar Marriage by Breeze Wanderfae #poemOfTheDay #poetry #amWriting
Written as black text in the font 'Book Antique' on a white background is the following:

we sit together in the dark
and the birds they do not crow

we walk together hand in hand
and the flowers do not glow

we talk together cheek to cheek
and fox kits do not stir

for even in nature's lap
silence has no cure.

#Poem Hard Days by Breeze Wanderfae I had a rough day today but I seriously wanted to stick to a poem every day. Here it is, even if not much. #poem #amWriting #poemOfTheDay
With black text in font 'Book Antiqua' on a white background is the following left-aligned text:

sometimes the pain
is a deep red stain
that every thing makes worse

But with a touch
you need not much
of metered, simple verse

loosen harmful chains
and hand over the reins
focus on what's terse terse

you can free yourself
with little wealth
and lift the hopeless curse

#Poem Life Blood by Breeze Wanderfae #poemOfTheDay #amWriting #justWrite
Written, left-aligned, in a neat serif font called 'Book Antiqua' is the following:

I
—once
saw
—through
our
—loud
and
—rash
grave
—yard

sickly
global
constant
corporate
nightmare

flowing rivers,
ancient forests,
rolling meadows,
patient mountains,
honest woodlands.

subliminal ecosystem —
everlasting undercurrent —
submissively perpetual—
nature
—ignored.

The picture shows four CDs in a CD folio case. Each is slid into a different slot with the CD paraphernalia with it, tucked away. The four CDs are: MARINA's Electra Heart, Xandria's Fire & Ashes, Nightwish's Dark Passion Play, and Loreena McKennitt's The Mask and Mirror. Hand drawn stars are along the edges of the image and a grainy filter makes it look like an older image. In the center is written "Kickin' it old school"

In focus is the bark of a tree with a smattering of tealish moss. In the foreground is a spherical patch of dense green moss with little golden droplets coming from it. In the background, largely out of focus are the colors brown, green, and blue, making up a mosaic of color.

It's always time for some craft reading! #reading #MaryOliver #poetry #poet #HowTo
There is a book cover. On the top, backed by white, is 'Mary Oliver' written in a neat serif font. Below it, backed by a deep golden yellow, is 'A Poetry Handbook' printed in white. In the same yellow half, written in black, a lot smaller, is the words 'A prose guide to understanding and writing poetry.

Japenese maple leaves take up the full frame, each leaf dotted with dew drops. The center leaf is in focus and is a deep purple and green. The image blurs toward the top, where the leaves are further back.

A red book sits center frame, resting on a brown fabric surface. Living the Good Life is written on the spine, along with the name Nearing. Household goods are blurred in the background of the image.

My current read. I'm on an organic, back-to-the-earth kick. Last week was Hippie Food by Jonathan Kauffman.
Pictured is a book titled The Self-Fed Farm and Garden by Eliot Coleman. The cover is of an older gentleman smiling among plants; a white fence lines the back of the photograph on the cover. A hand holds the book and beyond it is a parking lot.
