Short rant: Can we create game jobs that are not either low paid AAA jobs or well paid AI web3 mobile gambling scam? Can we please build a sustainable industry with capable decision makers? My teams turnover rate has gone from ok-ish 3 years to mere single digit months. Insert intense scream here.
