Just booked my plane tickets for Sweden to attend my first EABS / ISBL. Anyone know when they usually post the program? #SBL #ISBL #EABS

Yes, definitely okay to submit to multiple publishers, but it's always appreciated if you say you're doing that. Unfortunately, response time varies greatly from publisher to publisher and even from editor to editor at the same press.

Slowly recovering from eight days of hectic but amazing conferences. Nice to be back in GR with the family, but already missing the San Diego sunshine during #sblaar24.

Currently, I am especially interested in projects related to gender/sexuality in the HB, archaeology and everyday life in the ancient world, history/historiography, women in Scripture, and biblical reception history. (3/3)

I’m drawn to books that help readers understand texts that are especially troubling or confusing to modern readers or texts that have been misunderstood or used for violent or oppressive purposes. I'm always looking for books that can be used in classrooms—particularly seminary and undergrad. (2/3)

Quick bio post: I'm mainly here to follow and find new (or new to me) scholars in biblical studies and adjacent fields. I'm an acquisitions editor for Baker Academic, acquiring mostly projects in HB/OT. (1/3)
