This is so fucked for Type 1 diabetics, who need to always have candy on our persons to treat hypoglycemia. It's not a snack, the alternative is an ER trip and/or death. SNAP doesn't cover glucose tabs, afaik, due to them being considered medicine. They are also gross & severely overpriced.
