One fun thing about playing in seasonal D&D campaigns is all the little guys I get to play. Summer's session zero is tonight and the theme is Beach! So my character is a Geleton from @griffonssaddlebag.bsky.social (crossed with a mermaid) Tempest Cleric. I'm like Beach but make it goth.

It worked out! The hot sauce was optional and bro made potatoes that had some kick so everything was balanced and the potatoes were so good I almost had a religious experience. The turkey meatloaf was also really good, but the potatoes kind of stole its thunder.

My dog is like 8% mini schnauzer and looks so similar to Dotty. The schnauzer really shows lol. Her beard and eyebrows are really trimmed up here.

My small dog is so utterly gentle in taking the chicken from me when I offer it. The bitsy dog just sharks the chicken and anything in the vicinity including fingies. Luckily his teef are small.

Yesterday I ordered groceries (adhd tax sigh) and saw a new fruit, a Pepino Melon (new to me), and rolled the dice on it. I thought it would be large, but when it arrived, it was just a lil guy! When I moved here I bought a couch from Burrow and HATED it. It actively hurt. Then I bought one from Interior Define after sitting on some showroom models in SF location. It's purple. It's comfy. I love it. It was not 9k. Held up well for 3 years so far.

I also got lunch and was briefly baffled when I ordered Hakka mochi which came out with a mysterious cup of hot liquid that was in the end a cup of tea. I am more used to Japanese mochi so I was just a little confused.
