Most portable aircon units need a window kit (which would solve your issue), I've got one hooked up to mine. If you can afford to run it during the hottest days of the year it's definitely worth the initial outlay! My partner and I wouldn't be able to sit in our office from ~May if not for aircon.

Jesus I'm a lifelong United fan but even I think this is such a boomer opinion. Team's defensive organisation is better than ever, specific work done on biomechanics, body positioning, diet, nutrition, tactics etc. etc. it's easier for literally everyone. Of course Messi is the best ever.

Also I'm on a weight loss journey and started Mounjaro 2 weeks ago. My relationship with food and binge eating has never been great, but it got worse over the last 18 months.
