The dahlias of D’Arcy Street . Far more beautiful IRL because I was shooting over a high hedge. But the colours are still unforgettable.
Hey, The Lounge de Play, and So Broken Pompom, nous sommes very problème, Evan Reddish P!nk, Dali and Ape T. Contrac and Red break HouseMore reddish dahlias that were shot with their bushes with large flower heads. There are a lot of green leaves in the foreground, cause I was on my tippy toes to shoot these around the bush. There is a brown brick house in the background.

The greenhouse was once called the Palm House as I assume it housed tropical plants. Here’s a postcard of it from 1915.

I’ll get to the Garlic 🧄 Festival photos later but I passed by one of the most meaningful memorials in Toronto on Church Street today. The Garden of the Lost Boys. For those who had died during the HIV epidemic.

Just want to say there’s more great textile art than the Bayeux Tapestry. The Textile Museum of Canada here in T.O. has some works by Utkuhiksalingmiut Inuk artist Jesse Oonark like this one.
