Starting next month, Horton Community Farm are running a #mindfulness Garden for people aged 50+ and carers of any age. It starts with a taster session on Thursday 10th September from 1pm-3pm. Then, there's an eight-week course. To sign up, email mindfulness@hcf.org.uk or text 07401 766 610.

Participants are invited to learn breathwork and mindfulness techniques, spend time in nature, grow food, meditate and connect with others in an inclusive outdoor space.
