Flyer from Leeds Autism AIM and The Advonet Group promoting the Wellbeing Project, which provides short-term one-to-one peer support for autistic adults.

The flyer states that support is available from a trained autistic peer worker for adults who strongly identify as autistic or AuDHD (autism and ADHD) and who are experiencing distress, overwhelm, burnout, loneliness or suicidal thoughts.

A second information panel explains that the service can help people explore neurodivergent identity, develop practical strategies for managing distress and burnout, understand the relationship between autism, ADHD and mental health, explore what to expect from a diagnosis, and build personalised safety and protective plans.

A section with icons of people, a laptop and a telephone explains that support can be accessed remotely online, by telephone or in person.

At the bottom, a QR code accompanies referral information. The flyer states that a referral is required to access the service and directs people to leedsautismaim.org.uk/contact/make-a-referral. Contact details are provided: aimenquiries@advonet.org.uk and 0113 244 0606. A footer notes that Leeds Autism AIM is part of The Advonet Group, a Leeds-based independent advocacy charity.

The design uses a light grey background with purple headings and panels, black text, and Leeds Autism AIM and The Advonet Group logos at the top.
