Earlier this week I was with the archives team of First Presbyterian Church, Dallas TX, who did a day of rapid appraisal and description -- 30 entries at the box-level for a little better than 24 cubic feet, the first 10 feet all minutes and scrapbooks made by Presbyterian Women -- all in 9 hours

Low-key preservation Friday: My colleague discovered this 1865 newspaper clipping under glass, in an unopened package from about 1970. I had some 2mil mylar on a roll lying around, cut that to size and creased it with a bone folder, got an e-flute support under it and here we are

valid. The "date taken" date is not documented in the scan but it was in a collection filed as "1920s-1930s glass slides" which included photos of our own facilities' construction as well as construction of other sewage treatment works across Ohio and other states.
