If nothing else, that stuff alone is worth the meds. Not overdrafting my account for bullshit I don't need and MORESO not dopamine chasing by going out every night to hangout with people only to come home feeling worse because I knew better but felt internally obligated.

Those last 2 are directly correlated to dopamine chasing, which the medication I'm on specifically targets (similar to a traditional stimulant med but i don't just take it when i need it)

I've noticed a difference though so I didn't want to give up before the alloted adjustment time. I've been able to read more without getting distracted, I've done significantly less impulse shopping, and I feel less internally obligated to go socialize when I don't feel welcome around ppl anyway

AAAAAANYWAY I've been on them for a few weeks at at first it was extremely hard to get used to because • they are appetite suppressors and I already don't eat • they cause drowsiness & its hard to get stuff done when you're eepy • they add to my overheating problem & we've been in another heat wave
