So far, the rework is way easier to work with and optimized!! 👍 But the rework is not done yet! There is lag everywhere & its prone to crashing due incompatibility between old and new.. Lots of debugging/reworking left to do, but great process has already been made!! #gamedev #indiedev #platformer

Remade the player warper for this new rebuild!! Also the player swapper now hands your momentum over to the next character so you aren't immidially sucked to the floor like the pre-rework build! The result feels WAY more clean (and stable)!! ^-^ #Gamedev #Platformer

Added some basic CPU functions so that character swapping will now cause the character to actually obey the laws of gravity! Even Charge now adheres to the natural order now! #gamedev #indiedev #WIPㅤㅤㅤ

After some more coding, I managed to get the game to boot, load the characters, and the stage! I also improved the camera even more, AND added a new pause menu that looks waaay better! Still work in progress, but I think it ooks pretty cool already!! ^-^ #gamedev #platformer
