Shibata’s return to New Japan directly followed by Shingo vs Takeshita is a godly transition. I’m just in awe right now.

You can say whatever you want about Mercedes but there’s not a woman in North American wrestling this year with a stronger top 5 than her matches vs. Kris Statlander, Willow Nightingale, Hazuki, Momo Watanabe, & Emi Sakura. Even on a slow year, she delivered classics. That’s what GOATs do 🤷🏾‍♀️

The Forbidden Door has elevated women’s wrestling in a lot of ways and Mina Shirakawa has been one of the biggest beneficiaries.

The parallels between the Ospreay/Omega and Ospreay/Fletcher rivalries have been stunning. It’s crazy how all roads lead to Kenny which makes me feel like Ospreay/Omega vs Aussie Open at the Australia stadium show might be the vision.

INSANE match from Mercedes and Statlander. Had the crowd. Mercedes' AEW run needed a slapper like this and i think we're headed for more

Mercedes and Stat had an amazing match. I had high expectations but they exceeded them. That’s the type of match that elevates a division. Mercedes was already in that BITW tier but Kris Statlander has earned her way into those conversations as well. I’m really proud.

November 18, 2023 - Full Gear Hangman and Swerve put on one of the most brutal matches in AEW history. An absolute war for a spot that Swerve would claim, eventually leading to his reign as AEW World Champion. Instant classic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #AEW #WrestleSky 🤼

Just my two cents but I think Mina’s storytelling is a lot more nuanced than it gets credit for. I’ve been watching her in Stardom for years now and the idea behind her character has continuously been a pretty face that people underestimate and she uses that to her advantage to gain success.
