How sad - really feel for the lad - amazing he has come through such adversity.

Also the two semi-finals against Arsenal on the way to the final. Two the best matches I’ve ever seen us play.

Always remaining calm, not giving in to media hysteria, and even when the shit hit the fan, always putting NUFC before himself and everyone else. Think about all the times we were a laughing stock in the last couple of decades. Howe made other teams fear us and respect us again.

🚨 Newcastle United are delighted to announce the signing of Lewis Hall from Manchester United. Hall leaves Old Trafford after a hugely successful spell consisting of several tweets, two edits and zero appearances. Welcome to St. James' Park, Lewis! 🖤🤍

I only recently discovered my iPhone will screen unknown callers and asks them to state who they are and puts them on hold so I can decide whether to answer. They usually just hang up and I don’t get disturbed. Game changer.

Agree. Couldn’t bring myself to watch the remake.

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Reminds me of The Running Man when they showed footage of the previous winners on holiday, when they were actually just dead in a basement somewhere.

Why are the police tolerating this pillock? He’d be in prison by now if it was a Just Stop Oil protest.

Got there eventually - took an hour in case anyone else is looking. Think a few more seats got added.

Thoughts and prayers for anyone just trying to buy 2 standard tickets for Fontaines DC via the #NUFC ticketing site.

010

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

When will this end? You have to wonder why the media are still pushing this #NUFC

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

Not a bad result for #NUFC against 12 men. Bournemouth are soft as shite whingebags, and their fans were up there with the worst I’ve seen at SJP. Might as well not have been there they were so quiet.

“Savings” … the BBC really are in Reform’s pocket aren’t they.

Oof - hopefully not if Pope is on the move.

000

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 09/08/2026

Anyone know why Jaouen wasn’t in the #NUFC squad last night?

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

Hope Romero gets his move to Arsenal. Will serve Bruno right if he ends up on the same team as that prick. #NUFC

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

I was thinking whether we really need clips of new players saying how much they love the city and ‘howay the lads.’ I get that’s important for some, but is there an honesty about saying ‘I’m ambitious and I don’t know where that’ll take me, but while I’m here I’ll give 100%’ that’s still respectful?

040

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 07/08/2026

Aye, that too. If they expect us to accept him as a replacement for Bruno, that’s obviously nuts.

040

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 07/08/2026

I’m fine with this if it’s about adding a bit of fight and improving squad mentality. Wilson, Tripps, Lascelles, Wood, Ritchie all had it. I thought we were pretty toothless last season. Not enough personalities to drag us over the line. Bringing in a couple of radgies could be a good thing.

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 07/08/2026

Pretty pointless. Would rather have seen one of the circle crests but looks like they ruled that out early on.

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 07/08/2026

I don’t know where I got this video, so sorry I can’t credit the creator. YouTube wouldn’t let me use it so had to split it to post here. If we’re on #NUFC Ver 2.0 this is a nice reminder of Ver 1.0 in that first full season with EH. Been a difficult few weeks for Toon fans. Onwards and upwards.

You must mean former Lyon player Bruno Guimarães.

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 06/08/2026

After all these years, I still don’t understand Joelinton’s right leg.

110

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 06/08/2026

That’s fair. I think the block function is the most under utilised function on here. People should use it more - it’s quite cathartic.

010

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 06/08/2026

He’s never blocked you 😂

100

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 05/08/2026

Ballot success. We might have lost half the #NUFC squad but at least I get to watch us lose to Bournemouth. Again.

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 01/08/2026

I’ll have no issue giving him shit from the moment he walks on the pitch to the moment he leaves it when I see him at SJP in an Arsenal shirt. No doubt he’ll use Howe leaving as an excuse - doesn’t mean he had to leave too. Really disappointing - time to move on from the last 5 years now.

010

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 01/08/2026

Whaaaaaaaat!!!!!?!!!!!????!!!! This is brand new information.

010

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 01/08/2026

This is it 💯. If Bruno stays it’s pretty much legend status guaranteed. If not, we’ll have to move on quick and hopefully find a good replacement.

020

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 01/08/2026

Trying to temper the sadness of EH leaving with hope for the next phase. Lots of negativity out there lads & lasses - journos lapping it up. Been checking the #NUFC hashtag a lot for any Bruno news. He might go but imagine if he chose one more year. That’s writing yourself into the club’s history.

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 30/07/2026

Maybe it was all those failed attempts at short corners last night #NUFC

020

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 30/07/2026

Looks like LinkedIn Liam Ver2. Hope I’m wrong.

010

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 29/07/2026

My main concern about Steur is that he’s wondering what the fuck he has walked into at #NUFC

0100

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 28/07/2026

Brought to you by the defenders of free speech and “hurty words.”

120

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 27/07/2026

If he does move there I fully expect him to wander round the streets in his Toon shirt looking angry like this image suggests.

060

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 27/07/2026

Can confirm, no FOS sponsor on this shirt direct from adidas. #NUFC

010

Boskins @boskins.bsky.social · 24/07/2026

I guess I’m going to find out. If it has the sponsor on, it’s going straight back!

I've had to unfriend a few fans lately, all for the same reason. They made ridiculing, unkind, and in some cases outright cruel comments about pictures I posted of young women cosplaying Jessica.
More than a person, Jessica is a state of mind. To play Jessica, you need self -confidence, a sense of humor, and a Jessican -attitude-. There is no such thing as a Jessica cosplayer being too short, too flat chested, too heavy, too thin, too unattractive, too black, too Asian, or even too male!!! All Jessica, any Jessica, every Jessica is good Jessica.
I'm not giving any warnings or second chances. A single disparaging comment on a Jessica cosplayer, and I'm throwing you out of the rainbow colored Toontown Tent.
