Yes, precisely. Some of our internal testing suggests that, basically, if the Client's busy writing a crapload of info to the Log, it might not be able to simultaneously -- reliably -- send/receive data to/from the Server. Resulting in Lag/Latency-like symptoms.

We are investigating server framerates and hardware load. As well as investigating certain performance failures associated with powers & combat mechanics. It's a slow process, with a tedious pipeline. And I can't even guarantee that these investigations will yield results. But yes... we're trying.

Quick question for any of you super-high-end-DPS players, who are experiencing performance issues (lag, latency, client hitching): Do you get significant and/or noticeable performance increases if you DISABLE combat logging? Internally, the answer appears to be "yes" but I'd love verification.

Hey Captains! I've fixed a bug with the misaligned placement of the indicator light for the temporal ability that shows up on the Ranger and Paladin. This also restores the color changing functionality of the dome - but due to technical reasons requires you to reapply the template to take effect!

A red glare floating in space next to the white dome on the Ranger-Class weapons pod.

The glare is now aligned to the dome, which is itself red.

When I was working on the Endeavor vanity shield I started off looking at the gold/silver icons of the Endeavor perks but then soon realized it reminded me of the "yellow" Stargazer model from Picard's ready room. Then I just leaned into it, while keeping a metallic/gold feel!
