I'd have more sympathy for people complaining about Phillips' battle with Walsh to free the ball for Kemp before the goal if Magennis wasn't having worse "fouls" committed against him every time the ball comes his way that are never punished. You've gotta be consistent as a referee.

0-0 half time. Boro's best chances came from set-pieces, Doncaster's from an Alfie May charge down of Fil's clearance and a good burst from Bailey down the right which Robbo failed to track ending in a great block from Pidge. Again Boro lack movement ahead of the player in possession too often.
