I’ve had many friends discover AI and go mad with power. Then are disappointed when they run into the walls. To them it’s frustrating. To me that’s where the fun part starts.

Is the Apple Pro Display XDR still the best monitor for Mac users in 2025? Are there any competitors in this class (6k 32 inch)?

Is it me or are all the vibe coded games at jam.pieter.com really bad? Non existent gameplay. Did the judges and I miss some gems in there? Let me know which I should play.

After using Notion, Obsidian, Apple Notes, and countless other note taking apps I’ve decided to go on the journey every dev does: I’m writing my own note taking app. (Someone stop me)

One perk of a fast, no-frills #flashcards app is how easy it is to fit learning into small moments with my child. For example, while waiting for my youngest to put on her shoes, we can go through a few cards. Those little moments really add up. phonicspig.com

Knowing how to read isn’t enough to teach a child to read effectively. What you say as a prompt, when they struggle, and when they succeed matters most. This is where reading apps fall short. They focus on the child, but empowering the parent is equally, if not more, crucial. #reading #parenting

I spent weeks meticulously sorting through thousands of words from various sight word lists, categorizing and ordering them for optimal learning. Now, my child is flying through them, learning nearly 10 new words a day! App incoming. #reading #flashcards #parenting #anki #phonics

I asked a friend how he learned to read. He said he just memorized every word. I’m teaching my kids phonics now and realizing there are more exceptions to the rules than words that actually follow them. How did any of us manage to learn to read? #parenting #phonics #reading
