Put in David Morgan instead of Adam and let him go for more than the minimum because he’s really good and well rested

There is no way that this is anything other than malfeasance from roster construction and management. They knew Miller could go on paternity leave still chose 11 pitchers, including 3 guys in Musgrove and Wandy that they refuse to play outside of blowouts and Morgan who they just won’t play

Not particularly however seeing a starter in for relief and 2 starters warming in the pen instead of the relievers means they are wasting spots on guys they refuse to play.

No Morgan Wandy or Morejon in this game or even warming while King had over double a normal BP day is malpractice. Either have those guys off the roster for someone they trust or put them in. King is gonna be down or ineffective the rest of this series

Tough to get the message or requisite legislation across though when the money would have to come from police budgets and they have such strong labor solidarity in their unbreakable unions
