This April is the 25th anniversary of the Boomerang network and people keep asking how Primal Screen made those infamous bumpers: 1. They got a ton of 1960s-80s Hanna-Barbera toys 2. Used lazy susans to spin the toys 3. Chroma key for gradient backgrounds 4. Were animated using CGI or stop-motion
