A Sports Business Journal article announcing the initiative last week said the NHL planned to roll out short stories on audiobook platforms "throughout the season." there was a deal that made these roughly half off so I got them to see if I’d like them, and y’all. these books are so heavy they’re kinda getting damaged. I did weigh them and they’re roughly 2 pounds, 10 ounces each. there’s illustrations on almost every other page. the pub did a lot with this.

from an article by the athletic: Arriving in the inbox of a senior official at City, it appeared to have been sent by an employee from European football's governing body, UEFA, and contained a link to a financial compliance report.
The City official clicked the download button. That was all it took.

It was not a genuine email from UEFA but a successful phishing attempt by Portuguese hacker and activist Rui Pinto. City's servers were breached, allowing Pinto to retrieve thousands of emails and documents from the club's systems.
His hack would kickstart the most significant legal and financial investigations that football has ever seen, as to whether City had deliberately and systematically attempted to circumvent first UEFA's and then the Premier League’s financial regulations.
