Reminder: This website does not have an algorithm, reposting yourself several times so that people in different time zones can see your posts is encouraged and the norm. It is totally fine to boost your own stuff here. Anyone who tries to make you feel weird about it- does not understand Bluesky. ✨

One of my favorite Pokémon of all time is Tandemaus and Maushold. They both fill me with such unbridled joy. #pokemon #maushold #tandemaus #myart

I improved it a bit! Trying to achieve that paper effect. Im still not used to bsky turning transparent images into black backgroud, so i guess imma start doing some flat backgrounds at least so it pops up more c: #OC #OCsky

Illustration of Powerline from the Disney movie: A Goofy Movie . Powerline is standing in the middle. His legs are spread with his feet turned inward. He is looking at the viewer with a bright grin on his face. On either side of him are two back up dancers.

The background is a hot pink. In the middle is a shape of a TV with a bright blue outline.

I came across an outdated guide on image grid sizing crop/proportions for bsky earlier, and I felt it was important to create an updated version! Please use this new guide instead!

Up-to-date BlueSky Crop Aspect Ratio
Crop Sizes for Bluesky as of 18 Oct 2024

By default, single images are uncropped. If image is too tall (Exceeds the 1:2 aspect ratio) then it will be cropped. Single images that are too tall may be scaled down but aspect ratio is preserved

With two images, both of them share a square aspect ratio of 1:1

For three images, the first image is square (1:1) while the other two are half-squares (2:1)

And for 4 images, all of them are 3:2
