My grandfather did time for his "gang affiliation" during action taken to unionize steel mills and copper mines before I was born. My grandmother bucked rivets in the wings of the B-29 Superfortress, then worked the factory line at NABISCO. I joined my first (actors) union in 1993. Happy Labor Day!
