I was lucky, I did not need a sinus lift, BUT I know a couple of people who did when they had upper implants. And yes, it's all about bone density but apparently I have the bones of a caveman, lulz. But not the teeth! 😜

Admittedly not inexpensive, but hopefully consumer costs for this will come down eventually. If the technology had existed to do it when I was 30 (I'm 60s now) I would have actually spent significantly less money on my teeth overall. 2/2

Yes, denture implants. It's a whole prosthetic rack of teeth (upper or lower) that is held in place with 4 implanted anchor points. Amazing computer technology that creates them to fit exactly. Very stable, looks and feels completely normal. I recommend. Wish I could have done decades sooner. 1/2

My 2 cents, FWIW: Lifelong teeth issues here, caps, crowns, bridges, gazillions of dollars over my lifetime, endless pain & heartache. Finally gave up, pulled them all three years ago and had permanent dentures installed. Like regular teeth. Best decision EVER. Mouth is healthiest it's ever been.
