Baking with Bones Decided to make this lemon almond blueberry loaf cake this weekend and it turned out great! Rare moment where the NYTimes comments were helpful.

Cake right out of the oven. Golden brown crust with a great crack opening the middle with blueberries peaking out.

Loaf cake covered in icing. Took a few tries because it was too runny to start even after letting the cake cool!

First cut into the cake shows a great crumb and lots of blueberries. Delicious
