1. DV (Z-axis) Reference Points: In my viewer, the DV axis is calibrated using Bregma as 0. The right viewer should use the dura DV 0.
2. AP Alignment: Looking at the two panels, the AP coordinates don't perfectly match (1.15 mm vs. 1.18 mm).
