Recent road trip ended with our motorhome on a flat top tow truck. Threw a second fan belt just south of Nambucca. NRMA took care of the tow and accommodation and a rental car to get us home to Sydney but MH is in Kempsey waiting for repairs.

Realestate Industry is only worried that their commissions will decrease if property prices are lower. If you buy a house to be your home rather that an investment opportunity what does it matter if the value falls a little. I live in the house I purchased in 1969 as a home.
