It’s so true. When I interact with human support for a brand I immediately get the sense they care more for their customers and have a higher quality product. The opposite can be said when I’m forced into interacting with synthetic humans trying to fain human behavior and empathy.

There are so many challenging and exciting problems to tackle these days. Also, so many new tool to make it more possible. The hard part isn’t choosing which one I want to try to solve but which ones I can stand to ignore and hope other people do.

People are retreating to smaller communities where people and content are more verifiable. I saw this working at Discord, the most valuable moments people on the platform were having were in small groups. I wonder if providers of feeds can provide those as well or if the jobs are just too different.
