I am playing in a limited commander league, you get 30 packs build a commander deck, play get points, use points to get new cards ect. But i forgot i have to play vs commander players and holy shit I still hate them. Salty babys.

I agree, i even prefaced my comment saying I do not think it's Russia. What i do know, is that it is possible. I also know it is very difficult, and large scale and precision is not a known TTP of any current state actor. It is very much a targeted line of sight technique in its current form.

Jam a certain frequency, or over-ride only one aspect of the target. For instance, if you wanted to over ride just the fuel gage to say "empty" though it reads full, or have an engine cut off, that can happen, as long as whoever uses it has a good line of sight, and advanced equipment.
