Just grabbed our donuts this am at Sandy Pony, and realized I forgot to mention the newest ice cream shop. across Pennsylvania Ave from the pirate golf is Bayside creamery. Perfect for a date or night out with the littles.

Most nights you'll find us with the nephews at either pirate mini golf or the arcade (they have the new Pokemon pinball). The boardwalk bandstand has concerts several nights a week.

On Garfield Plaza (the main downtown) there are a ton of decent kid friendly options. Personal favorites include Baja (drinks on the back patio with a local guy with guitar), Ropewalk has bar food, Mango's for amazing drinks and fun upbeat atmosphere on the boardwalk.

I got this. Are you in town or in one of the nearby communities? Best in town is still Patsy's but not super kid friendly. Sedona (around the corner from Patsy's) is also great not absolutely without a kids menu.

Also the neighbors' multiple dogs barked so loudly last night - inside her house - that I could hear them in the bedroom during lulls in the storm. given my day is starting with an early morning workout at 0450 and not ending until a multi hour drive post work in the rain - I'm not pleased.

as a foodie (and an adventurous one at that) I always check out the Michilen guide to find something new to try in my budget. most people think about the stars but bib Gourmand spots are amazing at a far more reasonable price point. and Paris has a lot of them.

I've also found that 10-20 local language words of greeting and politeness go a long way in any foreign city. Highly recommend spending an afternoon sitting outside a cafe and watching the people walk by with a coffee.

Concur. most city rules apply - nothing in back pockets, have photos of your ID and cards in case you lose them. I always throw a check or two into my suitcase liner - you can grab cash from the us Embassy bursar's office. saved a colleague once when he was pickpocketed near moulin rogue.

I've used multiple different kinds, and I have sensitive skin myself. he's also not saying that he doesn't like the texture of moisturizers or lotions so we are rather limited. otherwise I'd be aquafor-ing everything.
