City of Brass would still be legal (apparently?), yet you can't run fetchs or, as called out, run Farseek. Color Identity works because it's elegant and clean. Let's keep it that way. 010

It also obviates that side of the R0 convo and you never have to worry if someone’s a “purist”. If your B2 deck hinges on that +1 mana for a single tutor, something’s gone off the rails. 120

Not every deck needs access to every other card. If anything, Rulebreaker cards are an example of restraint we often don’t see and shows we don’t need a hybrid change. 000
