The login and registration system remains the least easy-to-understand element in the UX of all #at-proto applications. An average user wouldn't really understand all the words currently used. We should simplify everything to be more user friendly and therefore facilitate user integration.

tried something on our own browser extension based on @tube.bluvy.app actually in dev since somes weeks ago.

The video player replaced by embed player from Bluvy Tube.

In my opinion, we should have fewer applications and focus more on improving the ones that already exist. Of course, I know developers can sometimes have this ego-driven mentality of wanting to build the “biggest” or “best” app, but I don't think that helps the ecosystem in the long run.

Once again, I think we should focus on quality rather than quantity.

We build for users to make their lives easier and to provide services that Bluesky and other apps don't offer. For example, Dex focuses on follower management, while Tube focuses on the video side of ATProto, where there are still many missing and necessary features.
