A script you run in the browser will do it. Once I confirm it works I’ll share the steps.

I’ll delete everything and leave it. Script is still going so waiting to see if this worked.

Selectively delete your content on X (formerly Twitter).

Once you download your backup you can go to deletex.wastu.net You upload a file and it pulls up all of your tweets. It then generates a script for you to run locally in chrome to delete them 1 by 1 for you. Slow going - I’m at 2000 done and still going.

Regarding blocklists, don't blindly follow them unless you have a high level of trust and personally know the creator of the list. Previously on Twitter these lists were used to create division amongst online communities and blindly silenced valuable activists, and unrelated third parties.
