What's the issue? How can I help? A v2 should be able to max out the 10MB/sec bus on that G3 and I use it for bench testing quite a bit. If you want to open a github discussion or jump on our discord it'd be a bit easier than here - but we should be able to get you going!

The BlueSCSI device is fitted into the former hard drive space, right underneath the CRT.

Table secured! @jeffgeerling.com's NTP showcase inspired me, I think I'll do vintage Wi-Fi (BlueSCSI + PC cards) clients, connecting to an AirPort, going across 56k to get out to the internet. With my vintage gear in storage on another continent, I'm piecing together something with what I have. 👍

It’s not a network share it’s a folder on the sd. And yes it’s available since 2022 or so and now on many platforms bluescsi.com/docs/Toolbox... I’ll update the doc page you linked. Note 99.9% of the time you don’t need to do any with an ini file. Defaults are fine

The flashing X is key here - means it's trying to boot off the floppy but is failing. It might think a disk is stuck in there, they almost always need service. Likely need a recap of the logic and PSU. Try unplugging the floppy drive and just boot off the BlueSCSI to rule the floppy in/out.

VCF Midwest is a bit over 2 weeks away so I’m getting PicoIDE demo rigs set up for my table. One will be an SGI Visual Workstation 320 with both a BlueSCSI Ultra Wide and a PicoIDE in way-too-cool black front panel enclosures. These are 3d printed because I’ve only gotten molded samples in beige

Two 3.5” drives in very similar black plastic enclosures, one with picoIDE embossed into the front and the other saying BlueSCSI

I want to reiterate how much I love #bluescsi #initiator mode for imaging old rusty HDs as soon as you get them cos they’re probably going to die when you boot them the 2nd or 3rd time but now you never have to know cos you have an image of the drive that's been in someone's closet for 35 years.

Docs, code, schematics - it's not documented but it's also not hard either if you know where to look and how to hack together a few things. The ESP32 unforutently needs a seperate programmer to flash though. Should be no code changes. Hopefully you/someone/me does it then documents it :)

Ahh gotcha - I've asked the sellers to allow a "caseless" option so you can mount it howeve you see fit. Also you could _proabably_ just wire up that little esp32 to the bluescsi and flash it if you dont want anything but the web interface.
