DJTs convictions & sentencing should not be thrown out. He’s not the President yet, he’s a regular old convicted felon. At the very least Merchan needs to put that sh!t on hold until the day he leaves office-if DJT even lives 4 yrs. No other felons can walk away from sentencing. What a cluster f*ck
