Also here is a Halloween Profile picture I made for myself in Affinity yesterday before the new announcement.

I don't know how to feel about the new Affinity app with Canva. 😭 I use it for my digital art because it was the best alternative to adobe illustrator. They made it 100% free and all three apps are now in one but now they integrated AI (which they say it's optional) and I hate that so much.

a black and white typography edit that reads "i am gay and i must create". around the text are many arts and crafts supplies such as a glue gun, spools of thread, scissors, a linocut carver, tunes of paint, crayons, buttons, pins, a ball of yarn, paint brushes, pens, and pencils, and other things of that nature. the entire image is textured to look photocopied.

It’s my birthday and I’m asking for reposts of my artwork! Enjoy! Eat cake! Or cookies! I’ll have some new dark fantasy/horror work ready to show next month.

Woodland Knight:
A knight made of wood and root stands guard before the deep woods. His cape is made of moss and flower. Branches grow out from his helm like limbs from a tree. He holds an ancient sword at ease, blade held towards the earth. Woodland creatures, squirrel, birds, and butterflies, crawl and flutter all around him in the warm light that breaks through the leaves.

Steeped in Magic: An illustration of a witch and an enormous, green dragon enjoying each other's company over a cup of tea. the dragoon is lying down in a hoard of gold while the which hovers above on her broom.

Temperance: A depiction of the Temperance major arcana card. An angelic statue stands on the bottom of the sea floor holding an amphora under one arm and a chalice in the other hand. Brightly colored fish pour out from the upturned amphora, circling around the angel’s wings, and down into the chalice.

Taking Over Me:
A woman, on her knees, presses a picture frame to her chest. Purple flowers and vines pour out from beneath the frame, spreading out and across her body, onto the floor, and into the background. Vines wrap around her beginning to entangle and trap her. She looks content, with eyes closed and a smile on her lips.

This card is so beautiful 😍

Angel with four wings, a cape and multicolored cosmic skin floating above a planet with what looks like a space ship behind them. The card is named "exalted sunborn it cost 3 and 2 white man. Creature- angel wizard. Flying and lifeline with the ability: if one or more tokens would be created under your control, twice that many of those tokens are created instead. And it sounds like it's a home run for the Latin Magic community, which, honestly, could use a bit more recognition from the company as a whole. This isn't all they need, but it's a hell of a gesture.

Definitely! I've been keeping a notebook with ideas for when I'm feeling less burnt out. Also doing some collage/junk journal with random scraps to try and be a little creative without thinking too much. I haven't gone to any meetups yet. I just go to the library/park usually

It's so disgusting. There were a majority of people demanding they redesign it without the "maga" "in God we trust" and the Nazi eagle they ignored the people and voted for it anyway. One of the commissioners even said they like the MAGA on there. This will be displayed to the public at the library🤮
