Dans le rapport IPP, ils indiquent plusieurs pistes d'explication
Effets de la fiscalité des transmissions sur la politique de dividendes L’effet important que nous mesurons des transmissions, et en particulier des transmissions hors Dutreil, sur la politique des dividendes suggère un effet potentiel de la fiscalité : les entreprises sortiraient soudainement des liquidités de l’entreprise pour payer les DMTG de leurs actionnaires. En effet, les transmissions hors Dutreil mènent à des sorties de dividendes plus importantes et sont aussi plus taxées. Toutefois, autour d’une transmission, il y a d’autres raisons pour sortir des dividendes, sans que cela obère nécessairement le pouvoir de financement de l’entreprise. Par exemple, une entreprise est filialisée après transmission et fait remonter plus de dividendes mais en même temps peut bénéficier d’apports en capital en cas de besoin d’investissements. Un autre exemple, plus probable dans le cas d’une transmission Dutreil, est un "family buy-out" qui impose de faire sortir de la trésorerie pour régler une soulte aux héritiers non repreneurs.

Aussi pour vos DiD, est-ce que vous avez essayé de voir si un staggered autour de l'âge du donateur était possible ? Je me demande si pour les E-S avec des pre-trends moins sympas ça pourrait permettre d'avoir qch de plus clean (notamment pour hétérogénéité de poids DMTG)
