Though it’s notable that with his level of ownership and possession, AFO does think of Kurogiri as being his own guy. His Thing but Not Him. Kurogiri is AFO-like but has very distinct mannerisms. So the amount of AFO quirk used in whatever experiments happened was likely minimal enough to be trivial

It kinda neatly resolves a lot of strangeness 1) Shirakumo can’t even Think about leaking information without being knocked unconscious by mysterious forces 2) Shirakumo is generally controlled by mysterious forces and it always shows up with warp gate 1 + 2 = brainwashing involves warp gate

I have a mild crack theory that warp gate’s creation involves experiments with the all for one quirk simply because the only time we see real proper quirk fusion is with OFA/AFO quirks and we don’t see it outside of that besides warp gate for some reason
