The reason why a lot of people can self diagnose hEDS and POTS is because it’s hilariously easy to do the diagnostic work-up at home Like with POTS you should definitely see a doctor to rule out other causes but it’s impossible to fudge “bpm normal sitting, bpm abnormally high standing”

I was feeling so exhausted and upset and the eventual diagnosis I came to was that I was literally not breathing enough like I wasn’t getting enough air. Took some very deep breaths and my energy fully returned. I should really stop forgetting I have asthma

I’m convinced that my platelets and WBC are a better indicator of inflammation than CRP for me. My CRP/sed rate is like.. never abnormal even though I have obvious visible inflammation lol. My platelets though.. they’re always reliably higher when I have flares

My old tags were actually cooking and I still think I’m right about this. There was a tumblr poll that showed that while all demographics disliked it more than not, cis people hate mpreg at a proportionally much higher rate than trans people

Tags that read “interesting that it's relatively the same but cis women have the highest dislike ratio. I think cis people are more likely to associate the term mpreg with ass babies, where trans people will more likely assume the man is trans or is omegaverse where omega men have vaginas or some other biological justification that avoids ass birth. I would argue that mpreg is an umbrella term for multiple genres lol”
