Bloopy @bloopychips.bsky.social · 17/05/2026I am so ready for TADC to be over and done with oh my god 030
Bloopy @bloopychips.bsky.social · 14/05/2026I am too but the temptation to use it to gain traction haunts me 💔 030
Bloopy @bloopychips.bsky.social · 14/05/2026I think what really hurts is the fact people don't care about the history and ancestors of the vocal synths they talk about. 251
Bloopy @bloopychips.bsky.social · 14/05/2026This and "it's too complicated" always made me roll my eyes. Part of me wants to make a dedicated tutorial but I can't screen record sound and I hate video editing 💔 160
Bloopy @bloopychips.bsky.social · 10/05/2026Ah yes, the race for everyone to get a commercial bank anytime a new synth drops still goes on 💀 I do think after 10+ years now, there's a much better chance for a comeback. Especially since we KNOW people enjoy the sound, just not producing. 040
Bloopy @bloopychips.bsky.social · 10/05/2026On a positive, I want to remind that the barrier to entry with Chipspeech as a VST just means the people that DO try are more likely to be long term dedicated fans. Quality over quantity. 070
Bloopy @bloopychips.bsky.social · 10/05/2026See it's funny because people were going crazy for alter/ego back during release. Even Chipspeech had a good push but I think most people aren't willing to learn a new tuning style either. 150
Bloopy @bloopychips.bsky.social · 10/05/2026Honestly I think half of it is because it's free. Which is still wild because Chipspeech costs less than most single voicebanks. But yeah, it annoyed me too especially because it is the SAME SOUND as Dee. I'm trying to stay positive and hope it brings 4 or 5 people our way. 050

Bloopy @bloopychips.bsky.social · 14/04/2026Of course!! It's such great stuff! OG Ramón and Saddler both really had that campy flair you just can't help but love. The comedic, over the top dialogue is part of the charm. They feel like they could go to a Rocky Horror showing and have fun. 010
Bloopy @bloopychips.bsky.social · 14/04/2026Your OG Ramón art is one of my fav things of all time. I adore the expressions you give him 110
Bloopy @bloopychips.bsky.social · 31/03/2026I hope you can find little patches of relief with hyperfixations or similar. I'm sorry this has been so tough on you 020
Bloopy @bloopychips.bsky.social · 31/03/2026Using AI for this is a terrible look. Instead of bothering to actually use any of the perfectly good photos out there, you use a weird tentacle wire slop pic. Do better 000
Bloopy @bloopychips.bsky.social · 22/03/2026I so understand!! Outside of the hyperfixation peaks it's so hard to create sometimes 010
Bloopy @bloopychips.bsky.social · 17/03/2026More and more I feel like purpose is just fun little things you find to do in the moment 111
