It's hard to believe this creature has been in our lives for six years already.

Error 409: Cannot Complete Request Due To Cat Laying On User

The joke of the post is that HTTP 4xx error codes are client-side errors that mean the server is working fine but the client made some form of bad request. Cats "have nine lives" and thus it is an error 409.
The real HTTP 409 code indicates a conflict in the request.
