[spoilers: ch. 16 of Catch These Hands! (a.k.a. Accept My Fists of Love!)] > "could we do it... raw" didn't know soramori was *this* naughty :blobfox0_0: :neocat_blush_hide:

a manga page in 4 panels, featuring two characters, soramori and takebe, in heavy winter clothes:

1. soramori asks takebe "could we... hold hands?"
2. takebe is temporarily taken aback and speechless, but then says "that's... fine, I guess..."
3. takebe presents her gloved hand to soramori, waiting for her to take it
4. soramori, lightly embarrassed, asks "oh... could we do it... raw...", to which takebe exclaims "don't ask for that in such a weird way!"

(the facial expressions are, as always with this manga, absolute gold, and kinda make the scene, but i have no idea how to express that in alt text)

well, looks like someone else on the ace attorney wiki also, hum, *enjoys* Ron as much as i do :3 (he's just so cute!)

The classic mediawiki "this article is a stub..." infobox, but it's titled "Pleeeeease! Expand meeeeee!" and has an animation of Ron DeLite pleading.

[cw: pic of a naughty french word] you put WHAT in the flower pot?? (non-french readers, check the alt text :p)

a photo of a flower pot(/jar?) with a word written in a basic "flowy calligraphy" style; the picture is taken such that it looks like it reads "nichons", which means "tits" in french (it actually spelled out "Cornichons", meaning "pickles" :p)

btw, here's some cool old-timey diagrams and pictures from a book titled "Mission hydro-électriques Française en URSS, 22 mai - 5 juin 1962" ("French hydro-electric mission in the USSR, May 22nd - June 5th 1962")

A graph of total electricity production in the USSR, the US, France, and (as an aggregate) countries in the ECSC (european coal and steel community). It has a few nice though clearly handwritten notes, and has a nice hand-drawn red logarithmic grid as a background, but it is somewhat hard to read because of the 3 (three!) different axes, hard-to-differentiate lines, weird data points, and overall over-crowdedness.

A photo of the construction of the Bratsk hydroelectric dam. It's a little blurry and is generally hard to parse thanks to the various construction tools and materials everywhere, though the gigantic scale of the whole operation is hard to miss.

A two-page spread of a diagram of the Volgograd hydro-electric power station, as a vertical slice along the axis of the road above it. It shows a relatively small portion of it, but even as geometric and industrial as it is, it is beautifully shaded, depicts a classic socialist mural as decoration for the dam, shows a few buses using the dam's road, and has a nice square office building as background, with a clock face on it. Of course, it also shows, in silhouettes, the various pumps, engines, and turbines.

[cw: food mention] well, since i'm currently trapped at 4am with this exact feeling, thought i'd repost this

a tweet by @lindsaytheis, which reads "There needs to be a word for when you're starving but would also rather than eat any of the food in your kitchen"

a portal variation of the "awesome lesbian couple vs evil and intimidating horse", but with glados and chell as the lesbian couple, and wheatley as the "evil and intimidating *core*"

a portal variation of the "divorce leads children to the worst places" meme, with glados and chell as the two parents, and wheatley as the kid, falling into space as a result of the "divorce"

completely irrelevant panel to my current life. completely. (source: "2DK, G-Pen, Alarm Clock")

a manga panel with three characters, two of them sitting across from one another with the third, named Kae, in the middle. this their conversation:

A: "Kae's a bit... when the going gets tough, she might not get going, eh?" (outside of the bubble, in smaller font: "Will she be able to deliver...")
B: "I get your doubts"
Kae, looking both shocked and saddened: "C'mon... You bullies..."

you might know i'm *slightly* interested in hyper light drifter, and i just found an HLD-inspired menu/launcher theme that has an absolutely beautiful recreation of the game's menu UI, and i'm now ever-so tempted to switch my entire workflow around a launcher […] [Original post on hachyderm.io]

a screenshot of menu/launcher window with a few entries like "text editor" and "falkon (web browser)". it is fully centered on the screen, and has the appearance of an hyper light drifter menu, which is to say: it is a black window with a bright pink border/stroke and with little alien-looking ornaments on the top left and bottom right; the entries of the menu are vertically and horizontally centered, and have an 8-bit-looking, almost-monospaced font; the currently selected entry is highlighted in the same bright pink as the menu's border

[executive dysfunction] probably having one of my worst "14 step day" in recent memory 🙃 idk if anyone has any tips for still getting stuff done (such as, for example, not starving) on days like this, but i'd be glad to hear them out

a screenshot of a tumblr post by user dentalectomy, which reads:

having one of those executive function days where everything is too many steps

by which i mean, like, here's how my brain parses steps in making coffee:

good day:
1. put water in coffee maker
2. put coffee in coffee maker
3. turn on coffee maker

bad day:
1. take pot from coffee maker
2. turn on sink
3. fill up coffee pot
4. turn off sink
5. pour water into coffee maker
6. put coffee pot into coffee maker
7. open cupboard
8. get coffee filter from cupboard
9. get coffee beans from cupboard
10. put filter in coffee pot
11. measure coffee
12. pour coffee into filter
13. close coffee maker
14. turn coffee maker on

anyway this is a "14 steps to make coffee" kind of day

dying of heat in my flat so here's a bit of refreshing yuri

A set of little blueish doodles of Miwa and Saeko from "How Do We Relationship;" from right to left, top to bottom:
- miwa and saeko hugging, both clearly flustered from the heat, with the text "we're cooked" written above them
- saeko laying on the floor, exhausted, with miwa sat over her legs; the text "SO HOT!" is written in big, filled+stroked letters above them
- a portrait of miwa, flustered and sweaty from the heat, with one bra strap falling down her left shoulder
- a portrait of saeko, looking intently at her right with an ice cream in her mouth and two exclamation points to the right of her face
- miwa standing behind saeko and gently holding the back of her hair just above the neck, so that saeko gets a little bit of breeze there; saeko is clearly relieved (with a little heart and "ahhh!" next to her mouth) and miwa is laughing slightly
